Charles Hilyard opened Hilyard’s Business Solutions (originally Hilyard’s Inc.) in Wilmington, DE in 1959. He built his business on two ideals: A commitment to integrity and a belief in the value of hard work.
“Treat customers fairly with honest practices,” he once said, “and you will have customers for life.” We’ve stayed true to that maxim, which has created successful partnerships for more than 50 years. We look forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come.

In 1992, Charles Hilyard’s youngest son Robert took over the family business. One of Rob’s biggest contributions to the company has been a focus on the cutting edge of technology. We became an unparalleled provider of production printing, interactive whiteboards, managed IT, VoIP phone service, and document management solutions. We will continue to offer our customers the most up-to-date products while maintaining our five-decade-old tradition of hard work and customer service.
