Hilyard’s Business Solutions, headquartered in Wilmington, DE, has an exciting sales opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative in our New Castle County, Delaware County and South Jersey sales territories. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entry level through mildly seasoned salesperson who is looking for a position with no end to what you can achieve.
This is a salary plus commission/bonus position.
We are looking for Outside Sales Representatives focusing on new business and expansion of our existing accounts through new product offerings. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects and existing clients, presenting programs and meeting sales quotas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- This position requires daily travel within an assigned geographic area. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and current insurance are required.
- Business to business sales experience is a plus!
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (Verbal, Listening and Written)
- Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Mature and self-confident
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic

- Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
- Meeting with and offering the latest technologies to our existing clients
- Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold calling and lead generation campaigns
- Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
