Secure, mobile printing was a driving factor for California State University at Fullerton as part of its technology upgrade plan. The university distributed iPads to that allowed faculty and management to print to devices across campus using a Xerox app that offers built-in security safeguards. And when all was said and done, the campus is using $250,000 less in paper. Now they can buy more iPads!
